GLESIA is the Joint-Venture created between GL TRADE and SIA, Società Interbancaria per l’Automazione, the biggest Italian service provider for the financial community. GLESIA is 51% owned by GL TRADE, and 49 % by SIA.

GLESIA provides an unrivalled range of electronic market trading tools, including Front and Middle Office solutions, e-trading systems and Internet platforms as well as a unique international remote trading network, GL NET.

The company has a headcount of 33 qualified and specialized employees dedicated to sales, pre-sales and support activities. A product support group will be focusing on operations and Help-Desk will continue to be handled by SIA.
