GL TRADE established an office in Johannesburg in April 2002 in partnership with the Johannesburg Stock Exchange to supply TALX (GL WIN) to the South African market.

GL TRADE SOUTH AFRICA (Pty) LTD now provides local support to traders, maintaining relationships with existing clients whilst securing its position as a leader in terms of global trade solutions and connectivity in South Africa.

Both connectivity and order management have been a strong focus for the subsidiary as this sector has grown significantly in South Africa recently. An experienced and dedicated team is in place to provide solid solutions to an ever-growing client base.

In the long term, the South African subsidiary is working towards being the group’s base in Africa; establishing connections to other African exchanges and extending the business to encompass the full GL TRADE product suite.
