GL SETTLE is group's back office subsidiary, based in London. With a headcount of 50 staff members, it provides software, services and ASP solutions for domestic and cross border settlement and back office activities across a wide variety of asset classes including: equities, bonds, warrants, convertibles, FOREX, derivatives and lending and borrowing activity.

Nicolas Levy, the Managing Director, joined the GL TRADE group in 1998 after a number of operational and sales roles for the "Caisse des Dépôts Group". He was previously Executive Vice President, Head of Marketing & Communications of GL TRADE Group.
